Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the headphones in their original retail packaging, including all cables, cases, and manuals, to ensure a full refund.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
